Our Mission
The Dan Brinson IV Foundation aims to spread love, support, and vital resources to individuals facing challenges in their daily lives.
We believe that every person deserves to be seen, supported, and treated with dignity, regardless of their circumstances. Our work is rooted in the conviction that community care is not a programme or a project; it is a practice. It is the daily act of showing up.
What we stand for.
Love
Love is not a sentiment. It is an action. We lead with it in every decision, every interaction, and every initiative we undertake.
Dignity
Every person we serve carries inherent worth. We honour that worth by listening first, acting thoughtfully, and never reducing anyone to their hardship.

We are stronger together. The Foundation exists to build and strengthen the bonds that hold communities together, especially when those bonds are under strain.

As Founder and President of the Dan Brinson IV Foundation, Inc., Dan Brinson IV leads with a personal conviction that love, expressed through consistent and purposeful action, is the most powerful force for lasting community change. He is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brinson Financial Group, where he leads a collaborative network of licensed professionals, specialists, and consultants dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners make informed financial decisions and pursue their goals with greater clarity and confidence.
An accomplished entrepreneur, financial services professional, and community leader with more than 17 years of experience spanning education, management, entrepreneurship, and financial services, Dan is an award-winning Financial Consultant and Life Insurance Broker committed to helping clients create, build, protect, and preserve wealth. He is also the Founder and CEO of Proud Fathers, an organization through which he continues his longstanding commitment to strengthening families, serving communities, and creating opportunities for positive impact.
Deeply engaged in professional, civic, and community leadership, Dan serves as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Upsilon Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.; Northeast Florida Regional Lead for FSU Black Alumni; and an Advisory Board member for Knots for Kids, Inc. He is a member of the NAACP and NAIFA, an alumnus of AmeriCorps and Teach For America, and a former member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT).
Above all, Dan is a devoted husband to Elaine and a proud father of three: Destiny, Dan, and Daxton. His greatest motivation is rooted in family and a desire to leave a meaningful legacy for future generations. Across business, leadership, service, and family, Dan strives to lead with integrity, excellence, purpose, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

Founder & CEO of Brinson Financial Group and Proud Fathers, Dan leads the Foundation with a personal conviction that love, expressed through action, is the most powerful force for lasting change. He is a devoted husband to Elaine and proud father of Destiny, Dan, and Daxton.

Elaine M. Brinson
Elaine M. Brinson is a goal-driven Corporate Human Resource Director at Nivel Parts & Manufacturing with over 10 years of industry experience. She brings extensive expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, designing training programmes, and supporting strategic objectives, alongside a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and staff development. Beyond her professional role, Elaine provides Florida Notary Services within the local community, volunteers with her local BASL youth community, and is a proud member of Impact Church in Jacksonville, Florida. A loving mother of three and devoted wife, one of her primary lifelong objectives is to diligently and consistently improve the quality of life for others.

Kevin Boger
Kevin Boger is a Jacksonville, FL native and Software Engineer with 20 years of experience developing websites and mobile applications for local businesses, churches, and non-profit organizations. He brings both technical expertise and a deep passion for community impact to his role on the board, actively serving through mentoring, volunteering, and feeding the hungry as a dedicated member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Kevin is a creative problem-solver committed to leveraging technology in support of the Foundation's mission and the communities it serves.
