Meet our Founder and President, Dan Brinson IV. Dan is an ambitious professional with over 14 years of teaching, management, entrepreneurial, and financial services experience. He is a distinguished leader who is always willing and ready to lend a hand in solving society's most pressing issues while furthering his knowledge, skills, and experience in the process. 

Dan is the President and CEO of Brinson Financial Group along with his roles as the Owner & CEO of Proud Fathers, LLC., President and CEO of the Dan Brinson IV Foundation, Inc., an award-winning Financial Consultant and Life Insurance Broker for Brinson Financial Group, and a personal investor. He devotes a great deal of time helping individuals, families, and business owners create, build, and preserve wealth.

In addition to his professional roles, Dan is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., a Regional Representative and National Board Member for FSU Black Alumni, a former member of the Million Dollar Round Table Club - a Premier Organization of Financial Professionals®, a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Americorps Alumnus, Teach For America Alumnus, Chairman for the Dan Brinson IV Foundation, Inc., and a proud member of Impact Church in Jacksonville, Florida. 

Dan is a loving husband to Elaine and a proud father of three beautiful children - Destiny, 15, Dan, 10, and Daxton, 5. He has made it his aim to improve the quality of life for others. 

Meet our Founding Board Member, Elaine M. Brinson. Elaine is a goal-driven Corporate Human Resource Director for Nivel Parts & Manufacturing with over 9 years of industry related experience. She has extensive knowledge in developing and implementing human resource policies, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and designing and directing training programs.

Moreover, Elaine has a wealth of experience in hiring staff, negotiating employment agreements, managing staff wellness and performance reviews, and supporting strategic objectives. She has a stellar track record with maintaining staff records, handling employee benefits, and identifying staffing needs while efficiently creating job descriptions. 

In addition to her professional role, Elaine provides Florida Notary Services within the local community, serves as a volunteer for her local BASL youth community, and is a proud member of Impact Church in Jacksonville, Florida. She is a loving mother of three and a devoted wife. One of her primary lifelong objectives is to diligently and consistently improve the quality of life for others. 

Meet our Founding Board Member, Kevin Boger. Kevin Boger is a Jacksonville, FL native with a deep passion for using technology to make a positive impact in the world. With 18 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Kevin has developed websites and mobile applications for a range of clients, including local businesses, churches, and other non-profit organizations.

In addition to his professional work, Kevin is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and is dedicated to serving his local community through mentoring, volunteering, and feeding the hungry. He believes in the power of education and mentorship to help young people reach their full potential, and he volunteers his time to several community organizations to make a difference in the lives of those around him.

Kevin is a creative problem-solver, and he brings his technical expertise and passion for community service to his role as a board member in the Dan Brinson IV Foundation, Inc. He is committed to supporting the mission of this organization and is eager to contribute his skills to help them achieve their goals.
